Warranty and Repair Services
Learning with Technologies has been providing onsite warranty and repair services for its customer for over 20years

It's all part of our commitment to try and make sure during the life of any desktop, notebook or tablet we sell that you receive service in a quick and timely fashion.
Dedicated LWT Service Team
We support a fleet of over 200,000 units and we do this with a dedicated full time team of over 20 service staff.

Our staff undergo constant training to ensure they know how to repair devices effectively.

By providing our own service we are better able to ensure we meet the service levels and customers require.
Where we service?
It's our aim to service what we sell where ever possible and we continue to grow our service network to achieve this aim.

Our technicians are based across Victoria covering Metro Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Shepparton and Bendigo.

We also have our own service technicians covering Adelaide and surrounding areas.
What we service?
We are authorised to repair the products we sell from Acer, Asus, Lenovo and HP and have close working relationships with the service teams at each of these manufacturers.

We are one of Acer and Lenovo's largest authorised repairers in Australia. We are also a 5 Star Lenovo Repair Centre.
Spare Parts
You can't complete a service job without parts which is why we invest in significant amounts of local stock to support our warranty service.

With local parts it means we can hit better turnaround times than if we wait for parts to arrive from the manufacturer.

We also sell parts, so you can do your own repairs or get us to do them for you. Check out our spare parts wizard here.
Local Helpdesk and Online Job Logging
We know your busy, so we don't want to waste your time with long diagnostic scripts that are frequent on overseas helpdesk. We make it simple to log jobs online our system will even recognise serials if you purchased it from us.

Online Job Tracking
With access to our My Account section you can track the status of your open jobs easily.

You can see parts ordered, estimated dates for part delivery and up to date job notes.

Our online system also supports technicians that work across multiple organisations.
SLA Reports and Job Analytics Online
We want to make sure you've always got a handle on your fleet so from your online account you can view graphical job analytics that help you view failure rates by brand, machine type and job type.

You can also download an up-to-date Service Leval Report which is available on demand, so you can keep track of how your service is going.


Warranty API to log jobs from your system to ours
We have a full web service API so that you can log jobs and retrieve updates programmatically. This allows you to log jobs from your own systems saving you time.

We can also automate the processing of emails in a standard format, so if your system is able to email us a fault we can process it automatically and log the job immediately.
